I am Wilson. I am a Personal trainer / strength & conditioning coach. I really like to focus on the basics and making sure we get the fundamentals right before moving on to progressions.
I coach circuit training, functional training and strength training and also can do sports specific training.
I help my clients by setting goals together, providing them with a training plan and make sure they’re kept accountable. Along with a proper nutrition plan, we’ll achieve the goals we set out to hit!

I educate on the importance of proper posture and fitness in daily living.
Which is to guide, motivate and train individuals in a way that they can prevent neck aches, back aches and knee pain during their movements in daily life.

I am Teri! I am a HIIT and Strength coach. (I hate cardio heehee)
I believe it is very important to maintain balance and to listen to your body. It is you against yourself. If you feel you need to take it easier, you do so. If you feel you are ready to push, go for it!
