Can I choose between male and female personal trainer?

Yes. We understand that some clients would feel more comfortable training under the guidance of a personal trainer from the same sex.

Where will the training be conducted at?

Our personal trainers can conduct training sessions almost everywhere!! You name it, your house if there is space, private/condo/ActiveSG gym, swimming pool,
carpark, by the beach so technically any open space!!!

What do I need to bring for each session?

Comfortable sports attire, towel and a bottle of water (AND THE SPIRIT TO SMASH THE SESSION).

Are there trials?

The first session will be a trial session to understand our clients better. Every individual will undergo a fitness assessment and assigned a fitness portfolio for the purpose of tracking their progression.

I have a medical condition, am I suitable for physical training?

Human Performance Singapore  highly recommend you seek a doctor’s opinion prior as your safety is our top priority.
If you are not sure just contact us and we will guide you through.

What is the maximum size of each training session?

To maximize the full benefits of training under our personal trainers, we can only accommodate up to 3 clients per trainer. Group/corporate training (more than 5 clients) will fall under our bootcamp package.

How do I sign up?

What if I have to reschedule a class? What is the cancellation policy?

All cancellation must be made 24 hours in advance. However, we (Human Performance Singapore) will allow rescheduling of sessions on a case by case basis.

If I were to pause my package, how long can I do so?

All packages should be utilized within 3 months upon agreement. This is to ensure that there is a commitment to reach your goals. However, do notify your trainers if there are any urgent circumstances that would require you to pause your packages.

If I recommend my friends, are there any discounts?

YES OF COURSE !!!
